The track will be at your left hand side.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Group 1:&lt;br /&gt;1 Mile test.  To determine fitness level and Maximum Heart Rate in order to determine training zones.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Program:&lt;br /&gt;Stretching &lt;br /&gt;1 mile warm up&lt;br /&gt;4 strides&lt;br /&gt;1 mile test&lt;br /&gt;1 mile cool down&lt;br /&gt;Core session.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Group 2:&lt;br /&gt;Athletes that have completed the 1 mile test, will have a specific running workout. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Duration: 44-70 minutes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Note 1: Rain refreshes your soul, and challenges your comfort zones, it will not cancel the test.  Thundering kills, it will be the only natural event that WILL cancel the test.
